As a millennial mom in her late(r) 30s, skincare is a top priority for me these days [because who wants to be sleep deprived and look it?]

My morning and night time skincare routines are where I get a chance to slow down and focus on me—even if it’s just for a few minutes. If you’re looking for skincare products that deliver real results, here’s what’s been in my lineup and having my maturing skin looking healthy and glowing:

YADAH Collagen Hydra Core Cream

I’ve recently started using this collagen cream and it’s already a staple in my routine. Infused with marine collagen, it leaves my skin feeling plump and soft. The lightweight, gel-like texture absorbs quickly, making it perfect for both day and night use and for layering under makeup. It’s especially great for combating dryness during colder winter months without feeling heavy or greasy.

Lancôme Clarifique Double Treatment Face Essence

This exfoliating essence is everythingggg. I remember seeing a woman in her 40s recommend it on TikTok and I just had to try it. It’s formulated with a complex of 4 exfoliating acids (glycolic, salicylic, lactic and phytic acids), French beech bud extract, and hydrating oils to gently exfoliate, hydrate, and improve skin surface and even skin tone. I use it after cleansing, and it leaves my face feeling refreshed and visibly tighter and smoother. Definitely make sure to follow up with a good hydrating serum and/or moisturizer, and put on sunscreen during the day while using this product [you should be wearing SPF everyday anyway!! side eye].

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Matte Face Moisturizer

If you struggle with shiny, oily, or combination skin like I do, this lightweight gel moisturizer is the one. I have an oily t-zone so I veer more towards mattifying products that aren’t overly drying. This one provides really good hydration without greasiness [it doesn’t take much for me to look like a grease ball so I like the matte finish], and leaves my skin feeling soft and perfectly balanced. Plus, it’s gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Shiseido Clear Stick UV Protector SPF 50+

I’m all about products that make me work smarter and not harder. With this SPF stick, reapplying sunscreen has never been easier. It truly goes on clear and I hear it applies seamlessly over makeup [haven’t tried that yet but I do wear it under my makeup and it doesn’t alter my application]. And it’s hands-free [no rubbing in needed] and is the perfect size to throw in your bag for on-the-go protection.

Caudalie Beauty Elixir

This refreshing facial mist is like a spa in a bottle. It’s perfect for toning, hydrating, or simply waking up tired skin. Love the blend of essential oils and it leaves my face feeling soothed and radiant. I love spritzing this throughout the day as a pick-me-up, especially during dry winter months.
